This Privacy Policy explains how zUdyog(“we”, “our”, “us”), operating the Voicema platform at voicema.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. It also describes your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
We collect the minimum data necessary. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties beyond what is needed to deliver our service.

Voicema is an Enterprise Voice AI platform built for Indian BFSI, healthcare, and BPO teams. This policy covers the Voicema landing page, the Book 1 download page (/book1), and the email communication that follows.
At this stage, Voicema is in early access. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the Book 1 PDF and the follow-up email sequence.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, location, or device data through our landing pages. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising, or behavioural profiling.
Your email address is used exclusively for:
1. Delivering the Book 1 PDF (The Listening Machine) immediately after signup.
2. Sending the 5-email Vak Framework sequence over 14 days — content on building voice AI for India, drawn directly from the book.
3. Occasional product updates about the Voicema platform and future books in the series, if you remain subscribed.
We will never use your email to send unrelated promotions, share it with advertisers, or contact you about anything outside the Vak Framework and Voicema platform.
Email addresses are stored with Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. Resend stores contact data on infrastructure in the United States. Our Voicema platform infrastructure runs on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India).
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights as a Data Principal. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@voicema.com. We will respond within 30 days.
By submitting your email address on voicema.com or voicema.com/book1, you give free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for us to:
(a) store your email address with Resend;
(b) send you the Book 1 PDF and the 5-email Vak Framework sequence;
(c) send you occasional updates about Voicema and the book series.
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email, or by emailing hello@voicema.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising or tracking service on this website.
Voicema does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The site may use essential session cookies set by the hosting infrastructure (Vercel) solely for performance and security. These do not identify you personally and are not used for any analytics or marketing purpose.
Voicema is a B2B platform intended for professionals and developers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted their data to us, contact us immediately at hello@voicema.com and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Voicema platform grows. Material changes — changes that affect how we collect or use your data — will be communicated via email to subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Under Section 13 of the DPDP Act, you may contact our Grievance Officer for complaints or requests related to your personal data.
